This tutorial explains how to make a small portable stove from two soda cans. This stove is powerful enough to boil some water in a small pan. It could be very useful for camping when you have no other equipment to boil water and heat up food.
For the project you’ll need the following:
1. Two empty soda cans.
2. A pair of scissors on camping knife.

Are you collecting stamps? Did you glue a stamp in a wrong place?
Well known method of steaming the stamp is not good. By the time the paper is wet, the stamp gets wet as well.
Here’s an easy way to remove the stamp without damaging it. You’ll need a flat pan, stove and a little bit of water.
1. Place the pan on the stove on low heat.
2. Add a few drops of water.
3. Place the envelope with stamp on this drop of water. The stamp facing up.
The water will boil very fast and create steam. After a few seconds you’ll be able to remove the stamp from the envelope without any problem and it will be relatively dry. Wipe out excess water with a towel and you are done.

It’s very important to keep your car battery clean. A dirty car battery can cause problems with starting and one day you might not be able to start your car at all.
You can easily clean the battery with regular baking soda and water. This mix works great for removing the built up on the battery terminals.
- mix a little bit of baking soda and water.
- apply this solution on the battery terminals. Not too much. You’ll see it will start bubbling. The baking soda will start neutralizing the acid on the battery terminals.
- scrub the terminals with an old toothbrush.
- rinse all the residue off the battery.

Here’s a quick way to remove grease or oil stains from your jeans.
Get some baking soda and apply it over the stain on the jeans. Scrub it with a toothbrush or scrub brush. Repeat this process a few times. This will absorb the oil in the grease stain. Next take some grease soap and apply it to a sponge. Rub the grease stain with the sponge, get it soapy. Finally, wash your jeans in the washing machine with hottest settings possible. If you have some grease stain smells, include one cup of vinegar in the washing process. After that the grease stain should be gone.

Here’s how you do it:
1. Depending on how much soda you want to chill get yourself a bowl with ice and water in it.

Have you ever been in the situation when you knife just isn’t cutting it? Seams to be smashing, tearing rather than cutting? Normally you would need to have this knife sharpened.
To prove it, the common test of slicing a piece of paper will show if your knife doesn’t cut very well. Take a piece of regular printer paper and try slicing it with the knife. If it tears the paper instead of cutting it, it’s time to sharpen the knife.
Do you have a sharpener? No? No problem! Just grab an coffee mug. Any old coffee mug will do.
Run the knife blade along the unglazed porcelain on the bottom of the coffee mug. Hold the knife at a 30 degree angle and draw the blade lightly across. All you want to do is clean the edge of the knife and you’re done!
